| 摘 要： | 体质健康作为大学生学习和生活的保障,长期以来得到了党和政府的高度重视。各高校更是采取各种措施努力改善大学生的体质健康,但监测结果显示收效不明显。本文运用文献资料和逻辑分析的方法,并结合教育学的一般原理对其进行了初步的探讨。
