| 摘 要： | 要实现教育过程中的师生民主与学生自由就必须对教师权成进行审慎的分析和合理的把握。教师权威即教师所拥有的使人信从的力量，教师权威不同于教师权力。自由不意味着不受任何约束和限制。教师权威与学生自由并非相互排斥。教师作为管理者拥有权威能保障绝大多数学生的真正的自由，教师作为引导者拥有权威能增强学生获取自由的力量。问题的关键是怎样树立合理的教师权成以确保真正的学生自由。

| Abstract: | The author analyses teachers' authority's role in coordinating democracy and freedom in the teaching process. By teachers' authority the author means teachers' convincing strengths, but different from power. By students' freedom it doesn't mean no restrictions and control. Teachers, as managers, owns authority to guarantee students' freedom while teachers, as conductors, owns authority to enable students to achieve freedom. Thus, the point is how to establish teachers' authority for the sake of students' freedom. |
