| 摘 要： | 十六大以后，宪政改革逐渐提上议事日程，这对我国社会成员的公民素质和传统的公民教育提出了更高的要求。本从我国宪政历程的教训出发，指出发展现代公民教育与宪政改革之间的必然联系，对当前公民教育现状进行了分析，并指出其对于我国宪政建设的不足之处，对符合宪政要求的现代公民教育进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | After the sixteenth Chinese communist party's national congress,the reform of constitutional politics is submitted to the agenda. This poses more requirements about our citizen 's quality and our citizen education. This essay firstly points out the relation between the reform of constitutional politics and modern citizen education,relating to our constitutional politics experience and lesson ,then analyze the current situation of citizen education before pointing out its disadvantage. |
