| Abstract: | The discussion on the basic conception of vocational training will be helpful to guide the practice,and theoritical research.It is different between vocational training and ordinary education or other kinds of education.It orients to the employee,people who have desire to be employed,and imparts vocational knowledge,skill,technique,and vocational attitude etc.Vocational training has many explicit characters such as short periodicity,high adaptability and great practicability. |
