大学更名的组织社会学透视

大学组织为了生存并取得合法性，其组织形态就必须适应大学市场环境。以新建、改制、合并等院校调整方式进行的高等院校内部组织重构，呈现给社会公众的是大学组织的更名和升格。基于组织社会学的视角，这种更名现象是由于组织交易成本波动、组织面对的制度环境、组织的社会关系共同导致的，其最终结果是为组织提供合法性的生存地位。

The Renamed Behavior of Colleges from the Perspective of Organizational Sociology

In order to survive and gain legitimacy, the organizational form of colleges must adapt it-self to market environment. The reconstruction of internal organization by new building, restructuring and merger turns out to be the renaming and upgrading of colleges, which is due to the fluctuation of transaction cost, the institutional environment and the social relations of colleges, and which finally aims to pro-vide legal surviving position.
