| Abstract: | The manpower resources is the most precious resources compared with the others. According to the real situation of Tibet autonomous region, how to extend the ways of the manpower resources development actively and manage the present manpower resources well is the basic guarantee of realizing Tibet's politics safe and peace forever and its economic growth comprehensively and healthily. |
