当前干部队伍建设需要重视和解决的几个问题

建设高素质的干部队伍，当前有以下五个方面的问题需要引起高度重视并认真加以解决：（1）在干部的选拔使用上要切实坚持公道正派的作风；（2）在干部培养上要高度重视干部内在素质的提高；（3）在干部管理上既要严格要求干部又要关心爱护干部；(4)在班子建设上要高度重视班子成员的相对稳定和妥善对待班子团结问题；(5)在干部队伍作风建设上要下决心解决形式主义的问题。

Issues on Present Cadre-Rank Construction

There are five issues as follows to be paid attention to and carefully solved at present in the construction of high quality cadre-rank: 1) firmly insist on the style of justice and upright in the work of promotion and employing cadre; 2) highly attention paid to the improvement of their inner quality in the work of training cadres; 3) strictly demand them and show care for them in the work of managing cadres; 4) highly attention paid to the relative stability and unity of leading members in the work of leading unit construction; 5) determinedly to solve the problem of formulism in the work of construction of cadre-rank style.
