建设项目施工内业资料滞后现象浅析与对策思考

以工程质量自检自评资料为基本内容的施工内业资料,是建设项目工程档案资料的重要组成部分。近些年来建设项目施工内业资料滞后的现象比较突出,给项目工程建设带来了较多的负面影响。笔者以多年参与水利工程建设项目监理工作的体会,从分析该现象入手,对扭转这一现象的途径发表己见,除供主管部门完善建设项目运行机制决策时参考以外,意在唤起人们对施工内业资料工作的重视。
