| 摘 要： | 投资并购海外矿产资源,建立海外资源战略基地,已成为中国钢铁企业发展的一个趋势。阐述了海外并购的相关概念与理论,分析了中国钢铁企业海外并购的动因及影响因素,并对中国钢铁企业海外矿产资源并购策略提出一系列的建议。

The relevant concepts and theories are stated,the motivation and its effects are analyzed,and suggestions are made about the policy of such mergers and acquisitions. |
