| 摘 要： | 历史是由人民群众自己创造的，群众是真正的英雄，是促进发展变革的主要力量。群众的积极性和创造性，与其所拥有的自由度成正比。自由不仅是发展的首要目标，也是发展的主要手段，是进步的唯一源泉。自由的扩展，既是中国改革成功的实质，也理应是中国未来改革的主基调。

| Abstract: | Being the ones making the history,the masses are real heroes who constitute the major force of promoting social reform.Their enthusiasm and creativity is in the direct ratio to their freedom.Freedom is not only the principal goal,but also the main means of development,and the unique motivation of progress.Undoubtedly,the extension of freedom leads to the success in the Chinese reform.Meanwhile it will be the keynote of the Chinese reform in the future. |
