中间包钢水温度连续测量技术研究

摘    要:为解决长期以来钢水测温连续性差、成本高、误差大、实时性差、劳动强度大等难题,用虚拟仪器的思想,以LabVIEW为开发平台,采用新型组合式陶瓷热电偶为温度传感器,建立虚拟式钢水多通道连续测温系统,同时可以实现多点连续测温。从而使上述问题得以有效解决。

Abstract:The idea of virtual instrument was used to designed a virtual instrument system based on the LabVIEW workbench. Which can measure temperature continuously of the liquid steel in tundish. The difficult problems in the temperature measurement of liquid steel were resolved, such as bad continuity, high cost, large error, hard work, and the untimely measurement, etc. By using of combination figuline thermal couple as temperature sensor, We can also accomplish multi-spot temperature measurement by using multi-channel temperature measurement system. Thereby, the problems mentioned above were resolved effectively.
