| 摘 要： | 课堂教学中的师生关系就其本质特征而言是一种交流，然而，在中小学日常课堂教学中却常常出现师生交流阻隔的现象．采取互动的策略将有助于克服这种阻隔，达到师生之间认知、情感、人格的交流。
