教育技术学专业人才实践能力培养策略研究

摘    要:教育技术学是建立在实践应用基础上的学科,其人才实践能力的培养是人才培养的重中之重。本文在探讨实践能力的内涵、特征的基础上,结合我院多年来的教学实践,提出了“‘知行合一’的培养取向,建构内容关联且分层的理论与实践课程体系,完善校内外实训基地,运用灵活而适宜的教学策略选择原则,构建适情的实践组织形式,确立‘促进学生发展’的评价机制”等实践能力培养新策略,对学生实践能力的提升做了新尝试。

Abstract:Educational technology is a subject which is built on the basis of practical application, and the Professional practical ability is the top priority in personnel training. So the author discussed the connotation, characteristic of practical capabilities, based on the combination of years practice in our college, propose the cultivation orientation of the unity of knowledge and practice, building content and associated with the theory and practice and layered curriculum, improve internal and external training base, the use of flexible and appropriate teaching strategy selection principle, the practice of building conditions suitable form of organization, to establish the development of students" evaluation mechanism, such as new strategies to enhance practical ability for students to do a new try.
