| 摘 要： | 探讨了高职院校科研项目中的时间控制风险、成员变动风险、科研项目经费的风险、项目结题成果的风险、项目负责人的管理能力的风险以及科研项目的管理风险,并对此提出了合理整合资源,依靠创新团队;加强过程管理,提高完成质量;经费合理预算,加大财务监督制度等对策。

| Abstract: | Vocational research projects discussed in the time control risk,members of the change in risk,the risk of funding research projects,the results of the risk of concluding the project,the project leader’s management of risk and risk management research projects,and this made a reasonable integration of resources,relying on innovation team; strengthen process management to improve the completion of quality; expenses and reasonable budget, measures to increase financial supervision system. |
