| 摘 要： | 加强大学生法律素质教育是构建社会主义和谐社会的需要,是依法治国方略得到贯彻实施的需要,是提高思想政治教育实效的需要。为了提高大学生的法律素质,高校要强化对学生法律知识的传授和法律实践能力的培养,初步实现在校大学生法律社会化,要引导学生参加各种法律实践活动,发挥政府、司法机关等职能部门的示范作用,扩大大学生法律素质教育的途径,利用大众传媒工具,加强正面法律宣传。

| Abstract: | Strengthening students' law quality is necessary for constructing a harmonious society,carrying out the strategies of managing a country according to the laws and regulations and improving ideological and political education effect.Meanwhile,colleges should enforce to instruct students in law knowledge,develop their law practical ability and realize undergraduates law socialization.Colleges also should enlarge the ways of cultivating students' law quality by using mass media and strengthen the positive law publicizing. |
