小学生50米×8往返跑心率变化规律研究

摘    要:为确定小学生耐力锻炼安全有效的负荷强度,采用试验法、数理统计法,以50米×8往返跑过程中男女学生心率强度和变化规律为研究内容,抽取厦门市金尚小学五年级72名为观察对象,采用ON-rhythm 410 progress心率表,按照50米×8往返跑测试成绩合格、良好、优秀三个等级进行分组测试,结果显示;学生往返跑第三次时平均心率已经达到181次/分。心率在190~200次/分的强度下要持续1分30秒左右。研究认为小学生50米×8往返跑的练习应循序渐进的原则,最高心率维持时间不宜超过1分30秒的时间范围。

A Research on Heart Rate Variation Study in 50 meters × 8 Shuttle Run
Abstract:To define the safe and effective intensity of pupil’ s endurance exercise, using experimental method and mathematical statistics, extracting 72 grade 5th students from Xiamen Jinshang Primary School as the object of ob-servation and separate them into three divisions according to their scores as qualified, good and excellent, Monito-ring the male and female students’ heart rate intensity and variation in 50 meters x 8 shuttle run with using the ON-rhythm 410 progress monitor as the research content. The result indicates:the students’ average heart rate reaches 181 times per minute in the 3rd shuttle run and it lasts 1 minute 30 seconds in the intensity of 190~200. There-fore, the research concludes that the shuttle run exercise for primary students should be carried out with a step-by-step approach, and the time which the highest heart rate sustained should not exceed 1 minute 30 seconds.
