主观幸福感概念、测量及其与工作效能变量的关系

摘    要:主观幸福感是当前心理学、经济学、社会学和管理学领域的一个热门课题。开展主观幸福感的研究,对于科学衡量社会发展和人民生活水平、促进和谐社会的建设有着重要的现实意义。本文通过对目前国内外主观幸福感的研究进行总结,说明了主观幸福感与相关概念如生活满意度、幸福感、心理幸福感等的区别,着重介绍了主观幸福感的结构的三因素测量模型,以及主观幸福感与工作效能变量之间的关系。

Abstract:Focusing on one of the most intriguing topics in the fields of psychology and economics - subjective well - being, the present paper illustrates the concept of subjective well - being and its difference from other relevant concepts such as life satisfaction, happiness, and psychological well - being. Through summarizing foreign and domestic research on subjective well -being, it also introduces the components and the three -factor measurement model of subjective well -being and its relationships with work efficacy variables.
