| 摘 要： | 本研究显示,河南省中、小学省级体育学科带头人有较强的科研意识,但理论基础、科研素质及科研能力相对较差;学科带头人队伍平均年龄偏大,学历偏低;初中、小学和农村中、小学体育学科带头人偏少。建议:重视和加强中、小学体育学科带头人科研能力的培养,进一步建立、健全学科带头人的管理、监督和竞争激励机制,积极为学科带头人创造学习、科研的良好环境和条件。

| Abstract: | There is strong sense of scientific research for sports senior experts in certain subjects in middle and elementary school in Henan province,but basic theory, scientific research quality and ability is relative poor,senior expert's age is litter older and their education are low. The number of senior experts in middle and elementary school in countryside is few. It suggests that we should pay more attention on cultivation of senior experts scientific research ability,establish the supervision,management and competitive mechanism for senior experts,actively create the better learning and scientific research environment for senior experts. |
