| 摘 要： | 英语的全球化及本土化是英语运用趋同和变异两种力量交互的结果。英语在中国的本土化既指中国英语变体的形成,也意味着中国本土文化对英语语言的移入。他们不必因为学习和使用英语而改变自己的身份和文化价值观念,甚至不必改变自己的思维及行为方式。学习和使用英语只是有助于他们以更开放的心态和更开阔的视野参与国际交流,英语学习者无须内化英语本族人的文化标准。中国的英语学习者可以通过本国文化或其他文化学习来促进英语的运用能力。英语在中国的本土化能够促进英汉“界面”的进一步发展,而英汉两种语言的互动将会互相丰富而不是污染。英语的全球化及在中国的本土化对中国英语学习和运用者的文化身份、英汉两种语言界面互动,以及中国英语学习和教学产生重大的人文影响。

| Abstract: | This paper has discussed the ownership of China English and its role in expressing the local culture as well as its status and relevant research based on the analysis and argument on the globalization of English and its nativization in China,which,it has been concluded,has produced remarkable humanistic effects upon the cultural identity of the learners and users of English,the interaction on the English-Chinese interface,and the learning and teaching of English in China. |
