| 摘 要： | 学生党建工作可以运用人本管理理论。将人本管理理论引入学生党建工作,必将使学生党建的工作原则注入新内容。以人本管理理论为视阈,学生党建工作的新原则主要是:尊重主体原则、人性管理原则、激励为主原则、文化引领原则、共同发展原则。

| Abstract: | This paper is tending to probe into the introduction of the humanistic management theory into the party construction work among college students which can contribute to the creativity of the party construction working principles.From the perspective of the humanistic management,these five principles are:respecting the principal status,humanistic managing,encouragement-oriented mechanism,developing the cultural atmosphere,and the Joint development of individuals and organizations. |
