摘    要:针对高层次人才引进与现有师资队伍两者融合过程中出现的人才流失、资源浪费等问题,根据对影响两者融合的待遇差异性矛盾、学术权威的互斥性等障碍性因素的理性分析,并在借鉴人力资源配置理论的基础上,提出相应的对策建议.

Abstract:It is discussed that talented people are lost and resource are wasted in the process of combination of introducing high-level experts and current teaching staff.Some pertinence advices are proposed based on the theoretical analysis of different treatment and incompatible academic authority between both high-level experts and current teaching staff and on the configuration theory of human resource.
