| 摘 要： | 推动英国公共科研机构改革的因素很多,但英国公共科研机构改革内在动力主要体现在改革主体的价值取向上,当各主体的价值取向趋于一致时,就会产生推动改革实践的重要动力。英国公共科研机构改革实践的价值取向主要体现在英国政府主体的价值选择、引导科研主体的政策环境构建和社会群体价值认同基础等方面。

| Abstract: | The value orientation of British public research institutes reform practice is internal dynamic, of which is consisted of value choice of the government, value Leading of the scientific research worker, and value recognition of the sociogroup, although there are many factors of the advancing British public research institutions reform. While the value orientation of the main line, will produce an important driving force to promote the reform practice. |
