| 摘 要： | 按照江泽民“三个代表”的要求,培养和提高青年教师的思想道德素质,应努力做到:坚持用邓小平理论和党的最新理论成果武装青年教师头脑;要加大对青年教师培养工作的力度,积极发展优秀青年教师入党;要加强师德建设,提高青年教师职业道德水准;要关心爱护青年教师,促使青年教师全面成长,提高青年教师的主体性素质。
