Der Computer als Werkzeug und seine didaktische Reduzierbarkeit

Es werden Probleme der Didaktik des Computers als Paradigma der Technik und ihrer Legitimitdt erbrtert. Der Begriff der didaktischen Reduktion wird diskutiert und eine maximale didaktische Reduktion des Computers und eines Pro-grammbeispiels werden vorgestellt. Motivation dafür ist die Frage nach einer didaktisch adaquaten Darstellung des Computers und seiner Programmierung fur jeden engagierten, vom Computer-Einsatz gravierend Betroffenen, der fur die Beurteilung der Legitimitat von Technik technisches Grundwissen benötigt.

Taking the computer as a paradigm of technology, and the justification of engineering sciences we discuss problems of subject-oriented didactics of computer science. The didactic reduction of a subject of instruction is introduced. A didactic reduction of the computer and a programming example are demonstrated. The reduction is maximal in the sense that the abstraction from technical details is maximal too. The motivation for discussing this issue is the problem of an adequate presentation of computers and their programming for those people who feel severely affected by computer applications, and who don't have any idea of the functioning of automata, but nevertheless want to acquire a minimal knowledge of their technical properties.
