A high level of physical stamina training scientific system,it is a state of competitive sports and the implementation of the national fitness practice method and technical foundation,to promote and popularize science and technology of national fitness,need a lot of master of science and technology and method of physical training professional groups,and the vast majority of sports colleges and universities in China are not open physical stamina training,caused a severe lack of physical training talents,how to make use of the unique advantages of sports vocational college,cultivating social demand characteristic physical training talents,is the duty of sports vocational of regional social development,is also a rare development opportunity,This paper puts forward some opinions and Suggestions on the social demand and talent training of physical fitness training major in higher vocational colleges.
