掺铜氧化锌复合材料协同微波对羽绒抗菌的工艺探究

摘    要:本实验利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺杂铜的氧化锌(Cu/ZnO)复合材料,并采用单一变量法,探究了该合成Cu/ZnO复合材料协同微波对羽绒的抗菌作用。改变Cu/ZnO复合材料的用量、微波功率、微波温度、和微波时间,探讨Cu/ZnO复合材料对羽绒制品抗菌效果的影响,从而确定Cu/ZnO复合材料协同微波对羽绒的最佳抗菌条件,并进行循环回收实验。实验结果表明,Cu/ZnO复合材料协同微波对羽绒的最佳抗菌条件为:羽绒与复合材料的质量比为1∶2,微波功率为200W,微波温度为50℃,微波作用时间为1 min,最佳抑菌率为76.27%。将该复合材料回收三次后作用于羽绒,其抑菌率分别为35.15%,22.00%,12.26%。

Abstract:Copper doped Zinc Oxide(Cu/ZnO)composites were prepared by sol-gel method.And by controlling a single variable,the antibacterial effects of copper-doped zinc oxide composites(Cu/ZnO)with microwave for down were investigated under the conditions of the amount of Cu/ZnO,microwave power,microwave temperature and microwave time.The optimum antibacterial conditions of Cu/ZnO composites for down were determined and recycling experiments were carried out.The results showed that the optimum antimicrobial conditions of Cu/ZnO composites combined with microwave were as follows:the mass ratio of down to composite was 1∶2,the microwave power was 200 W,the microwave temperature was 50℃,the microwave action time was 1 min,and the optimum antimicrobial rate was 76.27%.The composite material was recycled three times and then applied to down.The antibacterial rates were 35.15%,22.00%and 12.26%respectively.
