| 摘 要： | 近几年来,小型定制软件项目的开发运用越来越普遍,但是在开发中也存在有不同程度的问题,从实际的应用出发,从小型定制软件项目的管理做了多方面的阐述,特别是对各个具体环节做了细节的探讨,同时针对开发过程中可能遇到的问题做了详尽的讨论.
