| 摘 要： | 普通话的句调是由“两个半调”复合而成的：强弱调和长短调各算一个调,高低调只算半个调。这种复合而成的句调具有三个重要的作用：显示结构特征,显示信息焦点,显示语气类型。

| Abstract: | Putonghua has "two and a half" intonations: the stressed-unstressed and the long-short patterns are the two full intonations, while the high-low intonation is equal only to a half one. This compound composition of intonation in Putonghua is to indicate the structure, the information focus, and the mood. |
