| 摘 要： | 建设一支素质高、用得上、留得住的辅导员队伍,是做好学校学生工作、全面推进学校又好又快发展的重要保证。通过对《乌鲁木齐职业大学辅导员队伍建设调查问卷》的整理分析,以及其他多种途径的调查和了解,梳理出影响我校辅导员队伍稳定性的突出问题,并结合我校辅导员队伍建设实际,提出一些加强我校辅导员队伍稳定性的建设性对策。

| Abstract: | The stability of teaching assistant staff is a strong guarantee of teaching quality and student management.The paper makes a research with questionnaire on the students in Urumqi Vocational University, tending to find the problems which influence the stability of the teaching assistant staff. The paper, based on the data,provides some measures. |
