我国职业教育两种主要价值取向及其现实中的统合

摘    要:我国职业教育的主要价值取向是“社会本位”和“个人本位”,分别体现了对“社会状态”与“人格状态”的关怀,“国家本位”只是“社会本位”的一种特殊形式。两种主要价值取向虽然在逻辑上存在着明显矛盾,但在现实中,通过“能力本位”的调节和贯通,可以使二者实现有机统合。

Abstract:The main value tendency of vocational education in China are society-based and individual-based,which embody caring for "social status" and "personality status",and "Country-based" is only a special mode of "society-based".Despite that there exist obvious conflict between the two kinds of value tendency,the two can achieve organic integration through the adjustment and transfixion of competency-based in reality.
