摘    要:以弯头管件气密性测试为研究对象,考虑气密性测试系统装置的可靠性与经济性,研制了一种基于PLC的管件气密性测试系统并进行了编程、调试与试验研究。该系统首先以PLC为控制核心,利用压力传感器采集弯头管件内部的实时压力数据,再根据测试数据判断硬件装置的优劣并进行分类;其次将触摸屏作为监控系统的上位机,通过组态监控画面实现对密封测试系统的实时监控;最后进行试验研究。结果表明:该系统实现了管件气密性测试,能够准确判断管件气密性的优劣,且具备可靠性高、控制简单以及可维护性好等优点。

Abstract:Taking the airtightness testing for the elbow pipe fittings as the research object and considering the reliability and economic factors of the testing system, a PLC-based pipe fitting airtightness testing system was developed, and programming, debugging, and experimental research were carried out. Firstly, this system uses PLC as the control core, collects real-time pressure data inside the elbow pipe fitting using pressure sensors, and then judges the quality of the hardware devices and classifies them based on the test data. Next, the touch screen is used as the host computer of the monitoring system, allowing real-time monitoring of the sealing test system through configuration monitoring screens. Finally, experimental research has been conducted. The results show that the system has realized the airtightness testing of pipe fittings, which can accurately judge the airtightness quality of the fittings, and possesses high reliability, simple control, and good maintainability.
