摘    要:高校教师人力资源管理中,以人为本中的"人"和"本"都有着更为深刻和具体的含义,人力资源管理者要以教师人力资源个体和群体的需求为根本和目的,区分和理解其生存需要、情感需要、服务需要、社会生活需要、享受需要和发展需要等六大层次的需求,科学合理地选择激励制度,达到个人与组织效能最大化。

Abstract:In the colleges and universities teacher human resource management,the idea of "people-oriented" idea has the most profound and concrete meaning.The human resources director needs to take the need of both individual and collective of teacher human resources as foundation and purpose,distinguish and understand their requirement of survival,the emotion,the social life,enjoyment and development etc.,and then chooses incentive system rationally so as to reach the efficacy maximization of individual and organizes.
