| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育的发展，高校实验室建设与管理面临的经费、用房、师资等矛盾日益突出。为解决这些矛盾，首先应制订切实可行的实验室建设规划，增强实验室的实力；其次，还应加大对原有实验室的改造和仪器设备的维护、保养、维修，加强实验队伍建设，建立、健全有关规章制度。

| Abstract: | With the development of higher education, the problems on funds, buildings, teachers and technicians etc. in construction and management of laboratory of institution of higher learning are conspicuous day by day. In order to solve these problems, should make the feasible laboratory construction plan, strengthen the power in the laboratory, at fast; Seeondly, should also strengthen the transformation of original laboratory and maintenance of the instrument and equipment, strengthen the construction of ranks of the laboratory technicians, set up, perfect relevant roles and regulations. |
