| Abstract: | Scientific view of development is the new concept exercised by the new leading group of the Party so as to realize the modenizations of our country.To achieve sustained development of RTVU with scientific view,we should firstly emphasize the development for education,identify the macro orientation in the new period,deepen the reform of the mode of talent cultivation,and enhance the making of professional staff.Among all the developments,quality is the key and all the relationships should be reasonably settled. |
