| 摘 要： | 笔者从树立先进的体育观念 ;健全组织 ,加强领导 ;抓住重点、认清难点、扶持热点 ;加强群众体育科学研究 ,科学管理体育设施 ,提高场馆利用率 ;加强体育社会指导员队伍建设等六个方面进行了探讨 ,旨在为制定我国 2 0 10年群众体育发展战略提供一些建议。

| Abstract: | In order to Provide suggestions for the development tactics of public sports during 2010,author make a dissussion and analysis from some aspects such as seting up advan ce sports thought,strengthening organization and management,grasping important points and different Poinfs and supporting warm-topics,stressing on science research of public sports,improving the using rate of sport places and gymnasiums and enlarging members of social guider in sports. |
