| 摘 要： | 在新课改背景下,要增强德育工作的实效性,必须重视德育课程资源的开发利用。以教材为依托, 对各种资源进行有效整合,并开发地方课程、校本课程和活动课程,充分发挥新课程的德育功能,努力实现新课程的德育价值。

| Abstract: | Under the new course reformation, moral course is effective when attention is paid to the development and usage of the source of moral course. Based on the textbooks, various sources are integrated. Local courses, school courses and activity courses should all be developed. The moral function of new courses should be realized. |
