Academic Scholarship of Southwest Associated University During the Anti -Japanese War

During the Anti-Japanese War,Southwest Associated University made great achievements in academic research as well as in education,offering its tremendous contribution to the reform and the rise of anti-invasion culture of the Chinese nation.The reasons for the great success are: a high historical responsibility that drove scholars to devote themselves to scholarship of the country and the nation,inviting eminent scholars from home and abroad to build up a strong faculty,having professors to run the school in an effort to provide academic freedom,and organizing various academic activities to promote the exchange and development of research.These experiences are valuable in running our present colleges and universities.
