Abstract:Based on the analysis of both the character of the teachers' records of schooling, job titles and ages, and the character of their mood state of mind after Nanning Prefecture No. 2 Normal School was merged into Nanning Teachers College, the paper puts forward what measures should be taken to improve higher school teachers' professional morality and quality.
