| 摘 要： | 设计驱动创新发展、提升国家整体竞争力。智能时代为新的媒体艺术创造机遇,也对设计专业人才培育提出挑战。改变传统设计认知、转变教育改革观对设计教育具有重要意义。梳理黄炎培职教思想与工匠精神的内在联系,探讨智能时代设计专业人才新要求,提出黄炎培职教思想启示下设计专业人才工匠品质的培育路径为:以职业需求为导向,关注人的追求;扭转传统“传递观”,推行教育“变革观”;突破匠人思维,拓展全面性人格培育。

| Abstract: | Design drives innovation and development and it strengthens the country’s overall competitiveness.The intelligent era creates opportunities for new media art and challenges the cultivation of design professionals.Changing traditional design cognition and educational reform concept has epoch-making significance for design education.Combing the inner connection between Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought and craftsmanship spirit,discussing new requirements for design professionals,the paper puts forward the cultivation path of craftsmanship quality of design professionals:focusing on people’s pursuit by career-orientation;promoting―reformation concept‖of education by reversing traditional―transmission concept‖;expanding comprehensive personality nurture by breaking through the thinking of artisans. |
