当代大学生劳动教育的开展现状与提升路径---以天津某高校大学生为例

劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,直接决定社会主义建设者和接班人的劳动精神面貌、劳动价值取向和劳动技能水平。该文以天津某高校的233名大学生为研究对象,通过调查当代大学生劳动教育的开展现状发现,高校开展劳动教育的相关课程不足,大学生在劳动观念上存在一定的偏差、缺乏积极的劳动精神、劳动习惯的持续性不足。针对这些问题,提出高校完善劳动教育的课程体系、大学生树立正确的劳动观念、大力弘扬劳模精神和工匠精神、促进大学生劳动习惯的养成等策略。

The Status Quo and Improvement Ways of Labor Education for Contemporary College Students: Taking the Students from a College in Tianjin as an Example

As an important content of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,labor education directly determines the labor spirit,labor value orientation,and labor skill level of socialist builders and successors.Taking 233 college students from a college in Tianjin as the research object,after investigating the current situation of labor education for contemporary college students,it is found that there are certain deviations in labor concepts;the related courses of labor education in colleges and universities are insufficient;there is a lack of active labor spirit;the continuity of labor habits is not enough.In view of these problems,some strategies are proposed,such as establishing a correct view of labor,improving the curriculum system of labor education,vigorously promoting the spirit of model workers and craftsmanship,and promoting the development of labor habits.
