学校人文德育及其实施路径

传统德育注重灌输和说教,已经不适应新时期教育形势,也不合乎人才成长规律;充满人文精神的人文德育是引领学生完善自我、追求崇高精神境界、追求生命价值的德育选择。学校只有摆脱德育短视行为和德育功利主义,举起人文主义大旗,坚持人文德育人本化、人文德育生活化、人文德育课程化,德育工作才能取得实效。
