| 摘 要： | 从分析高等职业教育的性质、定位,对我院的人才培养目标:面向现代服务业,培养"国际化、职业化、个性化"的高素质高技能人才,进行了理论的综合性分析研究,并提出了"软订单"式人才培养模式的概念。我院立足现代服务业,突出特色。错位思考,跨越式发展,必然极大地增强学院办学和学生的就业竞争力。
