| 摘 要： | 为解决购房者在购房决策中面临的房地产信息不对等、价值分析不直观、不全面等问题和难点，介绍GIS技术在房产信息分析中的应用情况，研究与设计以购房者为中心导向的房产导购信息系统，采用临近查询、基于层次分析法的对比分析等功能，较全面地搜集调查房产信息，量化分析相关信息，以期辅助购房者决策。

| Abstract: | To solve the problem and difficulties the buyers facing in the house buying decision making,such as real estate information asymmetric, the value analysis is not intuitionistic and not comprehensive, this paper studies and designs a buyers oriented GIS centric real estate guide system, by using neighbour inquiry and comparative analysis based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process to help buyers collect more comprehensive real estate information, and quantitative analysis of relevant informations, so as to support their purchase decision making. |
