| 摘 要： | 档案的功能是指档案本身所具有的,对档案用户的利用需要发挥作用的各种能力.它是由档案形成过程的原始特点、档案的原生信息内容及档案的载体等因素相互结合、相互作用的结果产生的.档案在日常存放的状态下,其功能是潜在的,只有通过档案利用实践,档案的各种功能才会显现出来.人们可以通过档案利用实践发现和认识档案功能,充分发挥档案的作用.但档案功能的拓展并不是一朝一夕的事情,随着社会经济的发展,人们思想观念的转变,对档案的认识逐步提高,档案已越来越引起公众的关注.
