| Abstract: | The Soviet Republic of China was the people's democratic political power founded and led by the Communist Party of China.It issued the outlines of its constitution to stipulate the people's democratic rights by law, established efficient basic level democratic political power and put into effect basic level democratic system.It also conducted elections in a democratic way.The Soviet Republic of China was the beginning of the model of a democratic and constitutional government of workers and peasants, which still has great significance for our construction of democratic politics. |
