| 摘 要： | 章从物质与精神两方面阐述了科学对提高人的素质的意义,认为科学的意义不仅在于对物质世界的改造,更重要的是对人的素质的改造,指出我们必须树立以“关心人本身”为目标的科学观,自觉地把科学发展与人的发展有机地统一起来,充分发挥科学对提高人的素质的意义。
