Even if within the short time of less than 8 years he was always like this after he left officialdom. This is main mental state of intellectual at that time. Through the change of Zhaoyi＇s mentality, we can perceive the common psychology of intellectual during Qianlong and Jiaqing time, analyzing moral values of that times during the period of rotating the type in society, and know the reason why country was prosperity and decline.
