| 摘 要： | 辽西北地区总面积为6．82万平方千米，人口1356．5万，全区生产力水平仅为辽宁平均水平的42．9％，生活水平仅相当于我国西部地区的平均水平。辽西北地区属于暖湿带半干旱半湿润气候区，干旱多风是主要气候特点。随着近些年自然因素的变化、人口的增多，辽西北地区沙漠化更加严重。对此，呼唤人们遵循生态伦理观念．从而改善辽西北地区沙漠化问题。

| Abstract: | The northwest area of Liaoning has an area of 68,200 square kilometer and a population of 13,565,00. The whole area accounts for only 42.9 percent of the GDP of Liaoning. The living standard is no better than the average standard of western China. It is in subhumid-semiarid climate region. Because of the change of the natural factors, large population, the desertification became more and more serious. So we should call for people＇s more adherence to ecologic ethic to improve the desertification. |
