高等院校是整个社会体系的重要组成部分,应该充分发挥良好的示范作用,把和谐校园建设好。应科学全面地理解和把握和谐校园的涵义,更新思想政治工作的理念和方式,加强党的组织、思想和作风建设,加强管理制度建设,发挥当代大学生在构建和谐社会中的主体地位,充分调动教师的创造性和积极性,发挥工会在和谐校园建设中的桥梁和纽带作用,保证高等院校全面、协调、可持续发展。

On Construction of Harmonious Campus

Colleges and universities as the essential part of the social system should function as the model in constructing the harmonious campus.The full understanding of the sense of the harmonious campus,the refreshment of the ideological concept and mode,the strengthening of the Party structure,the Party's ideological construction and the Party's fine style of work,the reinforcement of the construction of managerial system,the exertion of college students' role in construction of the harmonious society,as well as the teachers' creativity and enthusiasm put in motion and the performance of the Work Union's role as a bridge and link in construction of the harmonious society are the guarantees of the universities' full,harmonious and sustainable development.
