| 摘 要： | 慈善捐助本是个人美德,自觉自愿是其根本特征。但近年来的逼捐行为改变了慈善的这一性质。慈善行为只能借助于鼓励、支持等方式实现,"逼捐"的非正义行为只会加剧社会的不正义,"劝捐"是解决问题之道。

| Abstract: | Charitable donations ought to be virtues and of one′s own volition.But in recent years this has been changed by forced donations.The paper analyzes that charity is realized only by encourage,support,etc.Unjust acts will only exacerbate the social unjust.Advised donations is the way to solve the problem. |
